Learn how to get the most out of our platforms

Mnemosyne (Individuals)

Creating your first learning session
Log in to Mnemosyne and click "New Session". Enter a topic you want to learn about and start asking questions. The AI will respond and automatically build a visual mindmap of your learning journey.
Using the interactive mindmap
Click on any node in your mindmap to open it as a new channel. Drag nodes to rearrange them. Use the "Smart Focus" button to let AI clean up unrelated concepts. Export your mindmap as SVG (Sage tier).
Understanding pricing tiers
Explorer (free): 10 messages/month, 1 session. Scholar ($13.99/mo): 200 messages, 25 sessions, exports. Sage ($24.99/mo): 600 messages, 100 sessions, research mode, all exports.
Exporting your knowledge
Click the export button in any session. Choose HTML for a complete web page, Markdown for notes, or SVG for mindmap graphics (Sage only). Your data is always yours.

Aethon (Schools)

Setting up your school account
Contact us to set up your school. We'll create an admin account for you. From the admin dashboard, you can add teachers who can then invite students to their classes.
Inviting teachers and students
Admins add teachers from the dashboard. Teachers then create student accounts or import from CSV. Students receive email invitations to set their passwords.
Using the teacher dashboard
The teacher dashboard shows real-time student activity, session summaries, and learning analytics. Monitor who's online, what they're learning, and their progress over time.
Managing seats and billing
Admins can view seat usage and request more seats from the dashboard. Schools are billed monthly or annually based on active seats. Contact us for custom quotes.

Account

How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your email and we'll send a reset link. The link expires in 1 hour. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder.
How do I change my email address?
Go to Settings in your dashboard and click "Account". Enter your new email and confirm with your password. A verification email will be sent to your new address.
How do I delete my account?
Email support@inquisitiveflow.ca with your request. We'll verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 days. All your data will be permanently removed.

Billing (Mnemosyne)

How do I upgrade my plan?
Go to Settings > Subscription. Choose your new plan and enter payment details. You'll be charged the prorated difference immediately and the new limits apply right away.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings > Subscription and click "Cancel". Your subscription remains active until the end of your billing period. You won't be charged again.
How do I get a refund?
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. Contact support@inquisitiveflow.ca within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund.

Billing (Schools)

How does seat-based pricing work?
Schools pay per active student seat. Volume discounts apply for larger deployments. Contact us for a custom quote based on your school's needs.
How do I get an invoice?
Invoices are sent automatically each billing cycle. Admins can also download invoices from the billing section of the admin dashboard.

Common Issues

The mindmap isn't loading
Try refreshing the page. If the issue persists, clear your browser cache or try a different browser. Make sure JavaScript is enabled. Contact support if the problem continues.
Messages aren't sending
Check your internet connection. If you've reached your monthly message limit, you'll need to upgrade or wait for the next billing cycle. Try refreshing the page.
I can't log in
Make sure you're using the correct email. Try resetting your password. Clear your browser cookies. If you're a student, make sure you've set your password from the invite email.

Which browsers are supported?
We support the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. Mobile browsers (iOS Safari, Chrome Mobile) are also fully supported.
Do I need to enable cookies?
Yes, essential cookies are required for login and security. We don't use advertising cookies. You can manage preferences in your cookie settings.
